3. In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla whey, coconut flour, and flaked coconut. Once the dry ingredients are mixed, add in the milk, stirring to ensure there are no lumps. Finish off by drizzling in the dark chocolate.

4. Use your hands to form the bars, put them in the freezer, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

DAS CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BAR

This protein bar is made with all the rich flavor of German chocolate, and the addition of chocolate-flavored protein powder only makes it all the more chocolate-y.

  • INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup cocoa-flavored whey protein powder
  • 2/3 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp pecans
  • 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • ​6 tbsp brown rice syrup
  • ​1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 salt

Directions1. Run the oats through a food processor, grinding them to produce a fine oat flour. Use a scoop to measure in the right amounts of cocoa powder and protein powder, and blend once more.

2. Drain the liquid from the dates before adding them into the food processor, and pour in the pecans, coconut, salt, and vanilla. Blend again. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add in the rice syrup. Stir well, then form into bars using your hands.

3. Transfer the bars to a greased cookie sheet, and slide the tray into the fridge. Let them sit for about 3 hours before eating, and store in the freezer for up to a month!

The Healthy Dream Bar

These protein bars are made with very little sugar and all gluten-free ingredients. They are a good choice if you’re on a strict diet, yet need to get in your protein.

  • INGREDIENTS

  • 128g (1/2 cup) Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup + 2 tbs Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 10 packets Truvia
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Stevia Extract
  • 80g (2/3 cup) Oat Flour
  • 168g (8 scoops) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 3/4-1 cup Chopped Pretzels
  • 45g (1/4 cup) Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

1.Mix the peanut butter, milk, stevia, salt, and Truvia in a bowl. Combine the protein powder and oat flour in a separate bowl.

2. Pour the contents of the dry bowl into the wet bowl, and mix well. Add in the pretzels and chocolate chips, mix, and roll into bars.

Freeze for 30 minutes before eating!
