Prep Time: 10 minutes (prep)

Serving size: 1 smoothie

  1. Place yogurt, whey protein powder, frozen blueberries, and basil leaves into the jar of a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute. You may need to pause the blender to scrape the sides of the jar and/or tamp ingredients down.
  2. Serve immediately or transfer frozen yogurt to an airtight container and keep in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes for a firmer consistency.

This frozen yogurt is best enjoyed the same day it’s made.

Use more basil if you prefer a stronger herbal flavor.
